When you create an account on larping, you agree to these terms. We require email verification, identity documents (national ID or passport), and address confirmation before your account is active. Our larping service is available only where local law permits; you are responsible for confirming that access and use comply with your jurisdiction's regulations.
This document outlines your rights and obligations when using larping. We cover account opening, deposit and withdrawal rules, bet settlement, bonus terms, and dispute resolution. Our larping platform operates sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, badminton), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), and esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). Payment methods include DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
By using larping, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account or place bets.
Account Opening and Verification on larping
To open an account on larping, you must provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and supply identity documents. We accept national ID (KTP), passport, or driving license. You must also provide an address document (utility bill, lease agreement, or tax record) showing your name and current address. These documents must be current; expired or altered documents will be rejected.
Our larping verification process typically completes within hours. Once verified, your account is active and ready to receive deposits. If verification is delayed, we will email you from your larping account asking for additional information or clarification. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided to larping is accurate and truthful. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent closure. We do not accept accounts opened by minors, under false identities, or by people in restricted jurisdictions.
Our larping account belongs only to you
You may not share your login credentials with anyone else or allow other people to use your larping account. You are liable for all activity on your account, including bets and withdrawals. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms on larping
We accept deposits via six e-wallets (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and four banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Subsequent withdrawals to the same method skip this review. larping does not apply withdrawal fees; any costs come from your payment provider.
E-wallet withdrawals typically settle within minutes. Bank withdrawals settle during business hours (usually within one to four hours); withdrawals initiated after 5 PM may process the next morning. You can view your transaction history in Account Settings on larping, where all deposits, bets, and payouts are logged. If a withdrawal appears stuck, contact our support team; we will investigate the transaction with your payment provider.

Bet Settlement and Game Rules on larping
Bets on larping settle according to each product's rules. Sportsbook bets (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, badminton) settle based on official match results. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, larping refunds or voids bets per standard sports-betting rules. Live-dealer hands (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) settle immediately after the hand or spin completes. Slot spins settle instantly; your payout is calculated and credited immediately.
We do not guarantee payouts for bets placed during network outages or technical errors. If your bet was placed but the game did not register it, contact our support team with your transaction ID (visible in Account History on larping). We will review server logs and either credit your stake or process your bet if it was valid.
Disputed bets are reviewed by our larping compliance team within one business day. If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, provide your bet ID, game details, and reason for dispute through the in-app help desk. We will respond with a detailed explanation of how the bet settled and whether correction is warranted. Our decision is final; further appeals are not available.
Bonus Terms and Restrictions on larping
Bonuses on larping (when offered) are conditional and subject to our bonus policy. Any bonus offer will specify its terms: which games it applies to, minimum-bet requirements ("turnover" or "wagering"), and expiration date. You must meet all conditions before withdrawing bonus funds. If you do not meet the conditions, the bonus expires and is forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time. Bonus abuse (e.g., rapid deposit and withdrawal cycles without meaningful play, or collusion with other accounts) may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension. larping holds sole discretion to determine whether bonus misuse has occurred. Our decision is not subject to appeal.
Jurisdiction and Availability of larping
larping services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming and sportsbook betting are legally permitted. We do not offer our services in regions where wagering is prohibited. Your access to larping depends on your verified location; if you are in a restricted jurisdiction, the platform will block account creation and betting.
If you access larping from a restricted jurisdiction, we reserve the right to suspend your account, forfeit any bonus, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. You are solely responsible for verifying that your location permits access to larping. We do not accept liability for users who violate their local law by using our platform.
Players in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and Yogyakarta may access larping subject to applicable local regulation. If you relocate to a restricted area, contact our support team immediately so we can assist with account closure or funds withdrawal.

larping provides our sportsbook, live-dealer, slots, and esports products on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes. Network outages, server errors, or payment-provider delays may affect your experience on larping; we are not liable for losses resulting from these events beyond our direct control.
If you dispute a bet or transaction on larping, submit your claim through the in-app help desk with your bet ID, game details, and reason for dispute. Our compliance team will respond within one business day. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate your complaint; however, our internal decision is binding and final. We do not accept disputes by email or external channels.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, larping and our operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of earnings or opportunity cost) resulting from your use of our platform. Your total liability cap is your account balance at the time of dispute.
