larpingLegal Notice
We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by local law. larping operates only in territories where gaming and sportsbook services are legally permitted. Your access to our platform depends on your location; if you are in a restricted jurisdiction, larping will block account creation and betting activity.
This legal notice sets out our terms of service availability, account eligibility, data protection, and your responsibility to comply with local law. We at larping require users to verify their location and jurisdiction before registration. If you relocate to a restricted area or your local law changes, you must cease using larping immediately and contact our support team to close your account.
By accessing larping, you confirm that you are in a jurisdiction where our services are legally available and that you have read and understood this notice.
Service Availability and Jurisdiction Restrictions
larping is available only where local law permits online sportsbook, casino, and gaming services. We do not operate under a single global license; instead, we respect the regulatory framework of each territory we serve. Players in supported regions (verified at account registration) can access our sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, badminton), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games, and esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile).
We are not licensed by or operating under the authority of any single country's gaming regulator. larping does not claim to be "licensed in Indonesia" or hold any specific national license. Our service availability is determined by technical geo-blocking, user verification, and compliance with applicable local law. If you are unsure whether larping is available in your jurisdiction, do not attempt to register. Contact our support team through our in-app help desk to confirm regional eligibility.
Users are solely responsible for verifying local law compliance
larping does not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee that access to our platform is legal in your jurisdiction. You must independently verify that online gaming is permitted under your local, state, or national law before registering or placing bets on larping.
Account eligibility on larping
Account opening on larping requires identity verification via national ID, passport, or driving license. During registration, we ask for your location and verify it against our supported-jurisdiction list. If your location indicates a restricted territory, we deny account creation. If you provide false location information to circumvent our restrictions, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit any balance.
Once verified, your larping account is active in your confirmed jurisdiction. If you relocate to a region where our services are not available, you must immediately stop using larping and contact our support team to initiate account closure and funds withdrawal. Continued use of larping from a restricted jurisdiction violates our terms and may result in account suspension.
Account closure and funds return
If you need to close your larping account due to relocation or change in local law, contact our support team immediately. We process account closures within one business day. Any balance in your larping wallet is returned to your original deposit payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank virtual account) within the processing window for that payment method. E-wallet withdrawals typically settle within minutes; bank transfers settle during business hours.
We do not charge a fee to close your larping account or return your funds. If your account is closed due to jurisdiction non-compliance, you forfeit any pending bets, bonuses, or promotional credits on larping. Settled bets are paid according to their outcome before closure.
Data Protection and Privacy
We at larping collect personal data (name, email, identity documents, address, payment method) to verify your identity and process deposits and withdrawals. Our larping data protection policy explains how we store, use, and protect this information. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions and never share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or our payment processors.
Your identity documents (ID photos, utility bills) are stored in encrypted form on secure servers. We retain this data for compliance and dispute resolution; you can request deletion of your data anytime by contacting our support team. We do not sell or market your data to external parties. Your account credentials are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
If you believe your data has been compromised or if you wish to review or delete your personal information from larping, contact our support team through the in-app help desk or email our compliance department. For the full privacy policy, visit our Privacy Policy page.
larping operates under the principle that users are solely responsible for verifying that their access complies with local law. We provide the platform; you verify your jurisdiction.
Payment Methods and Transaction Responsibility
larping supports deposits via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and bank virtual accounts (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking). You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is legally obtained and that you are the authorized owner of that payment account. We do not accept deposits from stolen cards, compromised accounts, or payment methods belonging to other individuals.
When you deposit on larping, you authorize us to process that transaction. Once funds arrive in your larping wallet, they are your responsibility. If you place a losing bet on larping, we do not reverse the transaction or return funds. Winning bets are settled according to game rules and payout rates displayed on larping at the time of bet placement.
Withdrawals return funds to your original payment source. If you withdraw to a different account than your deposit source, we verify your ownership of that account before processing. This protection helps prevent fraud and account takeover. Withdrawal fees are charged by your payment provider, not by larping.
General Terms and Dispute Resolution
Your use of larping constitutes acceptance of our terms of service, privacy policy, and this legal notice. We reserve the right to modify our terms at any time; changes are effective immediately upon posting. If you do not accept changes to our larping terms, you must close your account. Continued use of larping after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All disputes arising from your use of larping (account closure, bet settlement, payment processing) are subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. We do not participate in class-action lawsuits. If you have a dispute with larping, contact our support team first; most issues are resolved within one business day. If resolution is not reached, disputes proceed to arbitration as outlined in our full Terms and Conditions
larping is not responsible for disruptions, network outages, or technical failures beyond our control. If a bet is placed and our servers experience a failure before the bet settles, we investigate and resolve the bet according to server logs and player records. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection; bets are not cancelled or reversed due to your network problems.
For legal inquiries, complaints, or requests related to larping, contact our legal team at the support email provided in your account settings or through our in-app help desk. We respond to legal correspondence within five business days. For data-protection requests in jurisdictions with specific privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent), we comply within the timeframe specified by applicable law.
